A little of me

# I’m Dee,  40-something.. married to Dave and living a quiet life in south London. We have 4 Daughters

# I have 2 cats Snug and Elle who were both strays who adopted me..

# I have been knitting since I was a little girl-my Grandmother
taught me to knit  when I was around 8. I used to make all
of my doll  clothes.

# My Grandmother also taught me to sew when I was small. I have a
Brother sewing machine and a singer hand crank one, which suits me just fine.

# I love anything little. I  love dolls house miniatures and have 3 dolls houses

# I love music. Jazz is a favourite along with Motown

# I can not sing a note to save my life or whistle

# I feel I’m blessed to live in a city with good museums, theatres & parks.

# In real life I am painfully shy. My husband says I’m introverted but that’s not the same as shyness..

As well as knitting and crochet, I also quilt, cross St and grow my own on my allotment…
I have been pretty quite craft wise this year: what with decorating and
trying to get my allotment up and running I also closed down my crafting blog as it was a bit of a joke trying to keep the two running and now have decided to put everything under one roof.
