The decorations are up and the presents are wrapped, without a tree this year as I’m away from the 24nd. I couldn’t be bothered to put up my little artificial “all 3ft of her” token tree ..

So the baubles will be staying in their basket for another year..

I stupidly said I would pop down to the allotment for some sprouts, parsnips early on the 24th before we left for my brother in law “what was I thinking”

I’ll not have time before then with my Daughter and grandchildren staying the week before  and I’m certainly not going to start rushing around on the day we leave…Doh…think before opening big mouth in future.
