[oh..so tempted to join her]

You’ll notice I didn’t do a “Year In review”  I know this last year has been minimal when it comes to crafting and blogging

I love the new year.  It’s  a chance to start over and begin anew.

I have been in so much upheaval this past month that I haven’t had that ‘it’s a new year’ feeling yet.  I don’t do well with mess, and my house is a major mess right now!  The bedrooms  have been swapped around again due to the return of  my two daughters who moved out last year only to return after six months with a lot more belongings  in tow, including furniture. Have you seen the price of storage?..

So..  we are still trying to workout arguing about what stays and what goes. Not easy when they insist its only temporary and the cost of storage is more than they paid for the furniture  ” fair point” along with I cant sell it, its new and ill lose a lot of money “fair point” So mum suggested they share one room and put everything else in the other room. “Good thinking ah” That went down like a ton of bricks!

The upshot is the living room and my bedroom  has become the dumping ground. I’ve had to move all my crafty stuff out of one bedroom so daughter no 2 can move back in. which wouldn’t be such a big deal if I didn’t have half of Ikea to find a home for.. along with boxes of kitchen stuff, times 2..

Think I’m going to have to read them the riot act and insist they share or there’s always  plan B..?

Anyone want a lodger? Just me and a sewing machine, knitting machine, a few boxes of yarn/fabric I don’t take up much room, unlike my daughters!!!

I will eventually get round to posting what I’ve been up to craft-wise. Just as soon as I’ve bashed their heads together and sorted this mess out..
